2. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Rarely, rough handling by the courier can cause physical damage to your item, such as damage to the RC body shell.

1) If this happens, please follow the steps below:
If possible, make a complaint directly to the delivery representative of the courier company before signing for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.

2) If you have already signed for the package, take photos of the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to file a complaint. They will have a complaint procedure that will enable you to obtain compensation.
Next, contact IMTOYS immediately with your order number and a full description/pictures of the problem with the damaged item. IMTOYS will check it for you.

3) If you encounter a breakage problem after use, you can ask us for replacement parts, but the shipping cost should be paid by the customer. The merchant is not responsible for product damage caused by customer operation errors or natural causes beyond the control.
