Shipping

When you place an order at IMTOYS, in-stock items will leave our factory within 4 to 7 business days of placing the order. Our orders are free shipping to most countries, and you can see the shipping costs when checking out.

What shipping methods are available?

Currently, we provide global shipping services, and choose different shipping companies (EMS, 4PX, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, others) according to different countries/regions.

Which areas do you ship to?

Generally, we provide global shipping services for all products.
Most shipments are arranged by courier. If there are any additional charges (such as import taxes) based on the shipping destination, customers need to pay the additional fees.

Delivery to remote areas

The shipping cost does not include the remote area shipping fee defined by the selected shipping company. When the shipping company defines your delivery address as a remote area, they may charge you additional shipping fees. If you are unsure whether your address is remote, we recommend that you check the shipping company's (DHL/Fedex) website before placing an order. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us (email: support@ironman-helmet.com) and we will check for you. Alternatively, you can provide another delivery address that you can visit and is not considered a remote area.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally a package is returned to us undelivered. If this happens, we will make every effort to contact you to arrange for re-delivery. We reserve the right to charge any additional costs or expenses incurred in such arrangements.

If you are unable to collect your product within 30 days of receiving the dispatch completion email; or if you do not provide us with adequate or accurate delivery instructions, without prejudice to any rights or compensation, we will cancel your order at our sole discretion and charge you for any additional costs and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the product. No refund will be given. We reserve the right to claim any unpaid amounts or corresponding costs incurred as a result of such cancellation.

Items Damaged in Shipping

If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately and provide evidence.
